Pro-Line Industrial Services is a commercial and industrial job shop in Piketon, Ohio that fabricates, welds, machines and installs, on your floor or in our shop, at any hour.

Most of what comes through here is work that cannot be bought off a shelf. A part that is obsolete, a body that is cheaper to rebuild than replace, a machine that has to be set and aligned inside a weekend window, a run of pipe that has to be tied into something already in service.

The shop covers most of the trades that kind of work needs. Fabrication, millwright, mechanical, pipe welding, precision tapping and machining, 3D CAD modeling and printing, light industrial sandblasting, truck and trailer bodies, and custom gates and handrails. That means one quote and one company answering for the result, instead of three subcontractors arranged around a line that is already down.

We are open 24 hours, seven days. Industrial equipment does not fail politely inside business hours, and most plant work only has a window at night or over a weekend.

02 / What we do

One shop, most trades

Fabrication, millwright and mechanical work on site at your plant, plus a full job shop for the parts that have to be made rather than bought.

03 / How we work

On site or in the shop, whichever makes the part right

Some work has to happen where it lives, bolted into a line that cannot be moved. Some work is better on a bench with a press, good light and the equipment already set up. We decide that with you based on what produces a part that fits, and we are equipped for both.

Stock texture
Steel

Structural, plate and tube. The default for strength and for anything that has to take a hit.

Aluminum

Where weight matters, on truck bodies, decks and racks, and where corrosion is the enemy.

Stainless

Where the surface has to survive washdown, chemicals or food and process environments.

05 / Our own work

Work off our own floor

Every photograph of finished work on this site came off our own floor. This one is a steel handrail, measured on site, fabricated in Piketon and set in place at a commercial entrance.

06 / Scope

What we do not do

01
Residential work, with one exception.

Handrails, gates and fences we will build for anyone. Beyond those three, the work we take is commercial and industrial.

02
Small repairs.

We are set up for substantial jobs. A quick fix is not what this shop is for, and taking one wastes your money and our bench.

03
Guesses.

If a job is outside what we are set up to do well, we will tell you rather than take it and disappoint you halfway through.

Questions we get before the first quote

Is Pro-Line really open 24 hours?

Yes, seven days. Industrial equipment does not fail politely inside business hours, and most plant work only has a window at night or over a weekend, so the shop runs around the clock.

Do you take residential work?

Only handrails, gates and fences. Beyond those three the work we take is commercial and industrial, and we do not take small repairs from anyone.

How does a job start?

You describe what you need on the job form, ideally with a photograph or a drawing, and a quote comes back. For a broken part a phone photo is usually enough for us to begin.

Where are you and how far do you travel?

The shop is at 1309 Jasper Road, Piketon, Ohio. We work in Columbus, Cincinnati, Portsmouth, Piketon and Chillicothe, and we are straight about what distance means for how fast we can reach you.

What materials do you work in?

Aluminum, steel and stainless.

Send us the job

Describe what you need made or fixed and we will send a quote back. Photographs and drawings help more than anything else, so the form takes uploads.

Commercial and industrial work. Residential is limited to handrails, gates and fences, and we do not take small repairs.
