Nothing here is mass produced. Every job that comes through is a part, a repair or an installation that somebody needed specifically.
What sits behind that is a deliberately wide set of capabilities under one roof. Fabrication and welding in aluminum, steel and stainless. Millwright setting and alignment. Mechanical repair. Pipe welding. Precision tapping and machining. 3D CAD modeling and printing. Light industrial sandblasting. Truck and trailer bodies. Gates and handrails.
A narrow shop has to hand off the moment a job crosses a boundary, and every hand off is a delay and a second company to chase. Keeping the trades together is what lets a job that changes shape halfway through stay one job.
The hours are the other deliberate choice. Open 24 hours, seven days. It is unusual for a shop this size and it is the single most useful thing about us to a plant with a line down on a Saturday night.
We work commercially and industrially, and we say no to things. No residential outside handrails, gates and fences. No small repairs. Being clear about that keeps the shop pointed at the work it does well.
The way a job starts here is deliberately simple. You describe what you need, ideally with a photograph or a drawing, and a quote comes back. There is no discovery process and no consultation stage to get through first. For a broken part, a phone photo on the shop floor is usually enough for us to begin.
We are also building this in public in one respect. Pro-Line is early enough that we are not going to fill this website with testimonials nobody gave us or project counts we cannot stand behind. What is on these pages is the shop, the capabilities and photographs of real work from our own floor. As more of it accumulates, it will appear here.
Open 24 hours is a decision, not a slogan
Most shops answer on Monday. Industrial equipment does not fail on a schedule, and a line that stops on a Saturday night cannot wait two days for somebody to pick up. Running around the clock is the single most useful thing this shop does for a plant, and it is the reason customers an hour and a half away bother to call Pike County.
