Millwright work is the setting, aligning and installing of production machinery, and it is the part of a plant project where small errors get expensive fastest.
A machine that is out of alignment does not fail immediately. It wears bearings, eats belts, walks its anchors and produces parts that drift out of spec, and by the time anyone connects those symptoms to the install, months of production have gone through it. Setting equipment correctly the first time is cheaper than any of that.
We set, align and install production equipment, and the thing that makes us useful on this kind of work is that the fabrication shop is the same company. When the base is wrong, when a bracket does not exist, when a chute has to be modified to meet a new machine, we make the part rather than telling you to find someone who can.
That matters most during a changeover or a shutdown, when the schedule is fixed and the surprises are not. Being able to fabricate on the spot is often the difference between finishing the window and extending it.
One practical note on how to send us this kind of job. Tell us the machine, tell us what it is doing wrong or what is being installed, and tell us the window you have. Millwright work is scheduled work far more often than emergency work, and the earlier we know the window the more of it we can use. If there is a drawing of the foundation or the base, send it. If there is not, that is normal and we will measure.

Do you install new equipment or only move existing machines?
Both. We install new equipment, relocate and reset existing machines, and handle the fabrication that comes with either.
Can you work a scheduled shutdown?
Yes. The shop runs 24 hours, so nights and weekends are normal working windows for us rather than an exception.
What if the base or bracket we need does not exist?
We make it. The fabrication shop is the same company, which means a missing part is a task rather than a new vendor search.
Do you take small residential machine work?
No. Millwright work we take is commercial and industrial, and we do not take small repairs.
