Why the list is this long
The reason to keep this many trades together is not breadth for its own sake. It is that industrial work rarely stays inside the category it started in. A mechanical repair uncovers a cracked mount that has to be fabricated. A millwright install needs a base that does not exist. A truck body rebuild needs blasting before it can be coated.
When those are separate companies, each one is a separate quote, a separate lead time and a separate week. Here they are the next task.
